Website Design - Basic package is non-refundable once the project has started. b. Cancellations: i. Requests for cancellation of Web Design services can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that our team has initiated no work. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee of 15% of the monies paid shall apply.

1.2 Logo and Letterhead Design: a. Refunds: i. Logo and Letterhead Design packages are eligible for a refund within 24 hours from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below. b. Cancellations: i. Requests for cancellation of Logo and Letterhead Design services can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that our team has initiated no work. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee of 20% shall apply.

Refund eligibility for other customer solutions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service and the specific circumstances. b. Cancellations: i. Requests for cancellation of other customer solutions can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that our team has initiated no work. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply.
